"What's for Dinner Honey?"

Betty has to admit, if it was up to me, I'd have sangria, and salad every night for dinner. Standing over the sink.  No plates to wash. Seriously, by the time seven o'clock rolls around I need it easy peasy lemon squeezy.

But I have a serious carnivore at home so every once and awhile {and when anemia threatens} it's time to trot out a man meal.  It's dinner yin and yang.

You too?  Luckily Signe, our resident foodie tracked down two recipes.  One light and springy, one rich and dense.  Maybe Betty will try both.  Standing ver the sink.

Chicken Primavera- from Sarah Carolan  and  Two Pan Cowboy Steak- from Pete Dickason
