Balsamic Vinegar Martinis - from Cynthia Gallo at The Roman Table



Strawberry Balsamic Martini

2 ounces of your favorite Vodka
1 tablespoon of Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar {experiment with the amount to suit your taste}
1 large, juicy strawberry
Orange rind

Chill the martini glass and the vodka in the freezer for about an hour. In a bowl or plate, roll the strawberry in the Balsamic Vinegar and place it in the frozen glass. Add the Vodka. Squeeze the orange rind on top of the glass and rub the rind all around the rim.



Apricot Balsamic Martini

2 ounces of Vodka
Splash of Grand Marnier
1 tablespoon Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
Garnish with sliced dried apricots



Pomegranate Balsamic Martini

2 ounces  of Vodka (try lemon)
1 ounce Cointreau
1 tablespoon of Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
Garnish with pomegranate seeds
